After qualifying at St Georges Medical School in London, Dr Sheida Vessal, completed her Membership of the Royal College of Physicians before commencing her training in Radiology.
She has also completed a fellowship in Body Imaging specialising in Gastrointestinal imaging at the Royal Melbourne Hospital in Australia. She has a particular interest in upper and lower Gastrointestinal and Pelvic imaging.
Dr Vessal has expertise in Endoscopic USS and Biopsy, Endoanal USS and MRI reporting and biopsies.
Her research areas include Liver and Pelvic floor imaging.
Outside work Dr Vessal enjoys travelling, yoga, theatre and tennis
